WESTON WARRIORS - POP WARNER VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS

ALL VOLUNTEERS: 
1) 2021 Volunteer Form signed with copy of Driver's License emailed to [email protected]
2) Clear online background check which includes FDLE
3) Sign Parent &/or Coach Code of Conduct & return to Team Manager

FOOTBALL STAFF:
1) SE Pop Warner - Pass in person or online Certification (2020 is online only good for 3 yrs if done by July 31 due to COVID-19)
a) 6U Coach also take the Tiny Mite Certification which is currently good for life
b) Team Moms / Dads Pass the Team Parent Certification
2) USA Football - Pass Coach Certification
a) Click on "Get Certified"
b) Select Contact or Non-Contact
c) Select age group
d) Click on "Get Certified"
e) Login or Register for an account
f) Insert credit card info ($15) 
g) Click sign up for course
h) Start Certification
3) CPR - 1 Rostered Staff Member per Team
a) Team's Head Coach is to pass this Certification as well
4) Return to Play Waiver due to COVID-19 signed & return to Team Manager
5) Pop Warner Disclosure & Waiver due to COVID-19 signed & return to Team Manager

CHEER STAFF:
1) SE Pop Warner - Pass in person or online Certification (2020 is online only due to COVID-19)
a) Team Moms / Dads Pass the Team Parent Certification
2) YCADA - Pass Coach Certification
3) CPR - 1 Rostered Staff Member per Team
a) Team's Head Coach is to pass this Certification as well
4) Return to Play Waiver due to COVID-19 signed & return to Team Manager
5) Pop Warner Disclosure & Waiver due to COVID-19 signed & return to Team Manager
