WESTON WARRIORS – POP WARNER VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS
(Forms and/or course information will be shared by team staff)

ALL VOLUNTEERS:

1. 2026 Volunteer Form (signed) with a copy of Driver’s License emailed to [email protected]
2. Complete online background check (includes FDLE)
3. Sign Adult Code of Conduct and return to Team Manager

FOOTBALL STAFF:

1. SE Pop Warner – Complete in-person or online Certification
   a) 6U Coaches must also complete Tiny Mite Certification (lifetime certification)
   b) Team Managers must complete Team Parent Certification
2. USA Football – Complete Coach Certification
   
3. CPR – Required for 1 rostered staff member per team
   a) Head Coach must also complete this certification

CHEER STAFF:

1. SE Pop Warner – Complete in-person or online Certification
   a) Team Managers must complete Team Parent Certification
2. YCADA – Complete Coach Certification
3. CPR – Required for 1 rostered staff member per team
   a) Head Coach must also complete this certification
